Question 1

How are deliveries managed for the various medical and senior living centers in Horseheads?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the spread-out medical campuses and senior residential complexes require specific building letters and wing designations. Provide the department name for medical offices or the suite number for residents in secured buildings. This information allows the driver to find the correct reception desk within these multi-building properties.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for the different types of properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of compact village streets and wide suburban commercial lots. Drivers use private driveways or designated parking areas to reach front doors and office suites directly. Providing a gate code for secured residential entries helps avoid delays at the property perimeter.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver looks for a sheltered area like a covered porch or side entrance common to local single-family houses. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar variety of equal cost. Including the recipient’s phone number and a preferred drop-off location on the property helps prevent a failed delivery.
