Question 1

How does delivery work for different building types in Chemung?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to residential routes, local offices, or funeral homes, provide the building name and specific entrance instructions at checkout. These details help couriers navigate the large distances between properties and find the correct drop-off point. In this rural environment, precise location data prevents couriers from missing entrances that are obscured by trees or distance from the road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the layout of this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the winding roads and deep residential lots found in this area. This method ensures flowers are placed directly at the door instead of at a distant roadside mailbox. Sharing details about gate access or porch locations helps the courier navigate these larger properties without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the courier identifies a sheltered spot on the porch because the distance between rural homes prevents leaving items with a neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a variety of the same color and size. Providing a recipient phone number helps the courier confirm the drop-off location for houses set far back from the street.
