Question 1

How does delivery work for local facilities and businesses in Hollis?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the front desks of the small healthcare clinic and funeral chapels located near the central town square. Please include the specific department or service name at checkout so the driver can find the correct entrance in these low-rise buildings. Because these locations have open street access, no security codes are required.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the wide residential lots and single-family homes found throughout town. Drivers park on the street and bring the flowers directly to the front porch or business entrance. Mentioning if the house has a specific porch layout or a fenced yard helps the driver find the best placement.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

Since most homes here lack secured lobbies or apartment buzzers, we will leave the gift in a safe, shaded spot on the front porch. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar bloom that maintains the look of the order. A working phone number for the recipient is the best way to ensure a successful delivery to the more spread-out properties on the edge of town.
