Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, or professional buildings in Holley?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the small clinics and family-owned funeral homes in this area requires the specific department or room number at checkout. Many of our local professional buildings are historic conversions with multiple side entrances, so including the primary contact name ensures the driver finds the correct door. These details are necessary to navigate buildings that lack a central reception desk.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the transition from the dense village center to the outlying rural properties. For homes situated on long driveways or agricultural lots, please specify if the flowers should be left at a side door or a specific porch area. This information prevents delays caused by restricted access or properties that are set far back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a protected porch or a nearby neighbor to accept the delivery in the village residential areas. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety that maintains the same color and shape. Providing a secondary phone number helps us reach the recipient directly if their property is gated or has a non-standard entrance.
