Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and funeral homes in this area?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to local funeral homes or village-center offices require the name of the service or the specific suite number. Most buildings here have direct street access, but identifying the correct entrance prevents confusion at multi-tenant professional properties. Including these details at checkout ensures the driver finds the recipient within these smaller shared spaces.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties with different layouts?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door to navigate the mix of storefronts and detached homes. For residences with long driveways set back from the main road, please specify if there is a side entrance or a preferred drop-off point. This ensures the delivery reaches the porch rather than being left near a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will leave the arrangement on a sheltered porch or at a side door to keep it out of view from the street. If a specific bloom is unavailable, a substitute of equal value and size is used to maintain the arrangement's appearance. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver verify a safe placement on open or rural properties.
