Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in Golden Glades?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the gated residential streets and professional office parks in this area require a gate entry code or suite number at checkout. For medical clinics, provide the specific department or floor number to ensure the driver can navigate the internal corridors. These details allow the driver to pass through security checkpoints and reach the correct door without delay.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the secured entrances and private driveways found throughout this community. We do not use boxed shipping or third-party mail carriers. Providing the recipient's phone number allows the driver to request entry at a security kiosk if a gate code is not provided.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the arrangement with the leasing office of the gated complex or the front desk of the professional building. When a specific flower is unavailable, the florist uses a different stem of the same color and value. Including building letters and apartment numbers helps avoid failed deliveries at large residential properties with shared entrances.
