Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to high-rise buildings and medical complexes in Aventura?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific unit number, department name, or floor level during checkout. Most residential towers and medical offices here require us to hand off arrangements to a front desk or concierge. These details allow our drivers to clear security and ensure the flowers reach the correct desk.

Question 2

Are the flowers delivered in a box or by hand, and how do you access gated properties?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the secured lobbies and gated entries throughout this city. We work directly with gate attendants or building staff to gain access to the property. Including a gate code or entry instructions in your order prevents the driver from being denied access at the perimeter.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or the building has restricted access?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the arrangement is left with the building concierge or the security office at the gated entrance. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value. Providing a recipient phone number helps us resolve issues with restricted elevator access or intercom systems.
