Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to offices and public buildings in Frenchtown?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to local businesses and schools are made directly to the front desk or main office during standard operating hours. For properties with multiple outbuildings or those set back from the main road, please include the specific department or building name at checkout. These details ensure our drivers find the correct entrance in areas where properties are spread out.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered in water to accommodate the semi-rural layout of the area. Because many homes feature long driveways or lack a communal lobby, hand delivery ensures the flowers are placed exactly where you specify. Providing clear instructions for gate access or porch placement helps us avoid delays when properties are not easily visible from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home when the delivery arrives?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a secure, weather-protected spot on the property to leave the arrangement. In cases where mailboxes are grouped at the road or house numbers are difficult to see, we use the recipient’s phone number to confirm the correct drop-off point. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to ensure the order is completed on schedule.
