Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the secured facilities and medical clinics in Folkston?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the high-security administrative complexes and medical clinics require a building name and department. Since these sites have gated perimeters, drivers must leave the flowers at the main security gate or with the front desk staff. Providing the recipient's phone number is necessary so the internal staff can alert them that the delivery has arrived at the entrance.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to residential addresses?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the long driveways and rural property layouts of this region. This method ensures the flowers are placed at the front door rather than being left in a box at the road. Please provide any gate codes or entry instructions if the property is fenced to ensure the driver can reach the house.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not home or a flower is not available?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, the driver leaves the flowers in a protected spot on the porch or with a next-door neighbor. At the secured government facilities, we follow the specific rules for incoming deliveries and will call you if the staff cannot accept the item. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a similar flower of equal value to maintain the size and style of the arrangement.
