Question 1

How does delivery work for medical campuses, academic buildings, or secured residential estates in Fairfield?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific department, wing, or building name at checkout so drivers can navigate the city's large institutional campuses and reach the correct internal receiving desk. For gated coastal properties or inland estates with long setbacks, include the gate code or specific instructions for driveway access. These details ensure the driver can hand-deliver the flowers rather than leaving them at a remote security gate.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered in a box or by hand given the city's mix of residential and office layouts?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s varied landscape of open-porch colonial homes and secured professional complexes. This method allows the driver to choose the safest placement for the flowers at a private residence or coordinate with a desk attendant in an office building. Include a contact number for the recipient so the driver can manage entry for buildings that do not have public lobby access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home at a residential address, the driver will leave the flowers on a protected porch or with a neighbor to avoid issues with long, exposed driveways. When a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that matches the original color and style. Providing a side-door location or secondary contact person at checkout helps prevent the delivery from being returned to the shop.
