Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, and secured buildings in Norwalk?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the city’s large medical campuses and multi-story corporate towers are routed through central reception or security desks. You must provide the floor and suite number at checkout so the courier can clear building security. For apartments with restricted access, include the buzzer code or entry instructions to ensure the driver can reach the lobby.

Question 2

Are flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the city's mix of narrow residential lanes and high-traffic commercial corridors. Hand-delivery allows the courier to manage the transition from busy street parking to the front doors of office complexes or suburban homes. Providing specific driveway or side-entrance details helps the driver avoid delays in densely built areas.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is away from a secured office or gated residence, the arrangement is left with the building concierge or a designated neighbor. When a specific bloom is out of stock, it is replaced with a flower of equal value that matches the original color and style. Including a local phone number for the recipient allows the driver to resolve access issues at gated properties or locked building entrances.
