Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local medical facilities and offices in Eldon?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building name and department for the medical campus or professional offices near the city center. Most of these sites are low-rise buildings with multiple entrances, so a suite or room number is necessary for direct delivery. Including a contact number for the recipient helps drivers navigate facilities that do not have a central reception desk.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered and what do I need to provide?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive intact at residential homes and downtown businesses. Because many properties transition from paved city streets to longer gravel driveways, clear instructions for house identification are helpful. Please note if the delivery is for a property set back from the road to help the driver locate the correct entrance quickly.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will look for a sheltered porch or a neighbor who can accept the delivery in this open-access residential environment. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value will be used to maintain the arrangement's look. Providing a secondary phone number is the best way to avoid failed deliveries at homes without secure vestibules.
