Question 1

How does delivery work for medical centers and offices in Edenton?

Accepted Answer

Edenton’s medical and funeral sites are low-rise buildings with specific side entrances rather than central reception desks. Enter the wing or room name at checkout so the driver can identify the correct entrance for these smaller layouts. This detail ensures the delivery reaches the correct person in buildings that lack a main lobby.

Question 2

Are flowers shipped in a box or delivered by hand in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the town’s mix of historic front porches and long gravel driveways. For homes in the historic center, specify at checkout if the driver should use the front or side door. For properties on the outskirts with perimeter fencing, you must provide the gate code to ensure the driver can reach the house.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we place the arrangement on a covered porch or with a neighbor. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that matches the original size and color. Providing a recipient phone number allows the driver to resolve issues if a street-side gate is locked or a driveway is blocked.
