Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to businesses and homes in this area?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to commercial offices and residential properties, which are often set back on long driveways along rural stretches. For business deliveries, please include the specific department or desk name to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance. For residential homes, confirm the street number is clearly visible from the road or provide a description of the property entrance.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered across the local layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the spread-out nature of the local residential streets and farm properties. Because many homes sit on large lots with long gravel roads, please specify if there is a gate code or a preferred porch placement. These details help the driver navigate properties where the house is not immediately visible from the main thoroughfare.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home at a rural residence, the driver will look for a shaded spot near the entrance that is hidden from the main road. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar variety that maintains the same size and shape as the original design. Providing a recipient phone number is the best way to avoid failed deliveries to homes with long, unsecured driveways or private gates.
