Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, offices, and secured buildings in Chester?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the spread-out medical campuses and office parks in Chester, provide the specific suite number and building wing. Many professional buildings here have security desks that require a recipient's direct phone number for entry. Including the department name ensures the driver navigates correctly through multi-building complexes.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate Chester’s mix of gated residential communities and sprawling suburban streets. Drivers navigate long private driveways and use keypad codes to place arrangements at the front door or with a concierge. Provide any gate codes or porch instructions at checkout to prevent access delays at secured entrances.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the flower stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver identifies a secure spot out of street view, which is standard for the open-layout residential lots here. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is used to keep the arrangement's size and style intact. Including a secondary phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at locked office suites or gated subdivisions.
