Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the gated communities and resort properties common in Dana Point?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to gated residential areas and cliffside resort complexes require either a gate code or the recipient's name as it appears on the security registry. At checkout, please provide the specific suite or unit number for harbor-front offices or medical suites. These details allow the driver to pass through security checkpoints and deliver directly to the front door or reception desk.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to ensure they remain upright and stable while navigating this city's steep, winding coastal hills. This method prevents damage from the wind and salt air that can occur with boxed shipping on open porches. Providing instructions for side-gate access or specific porch locations helps the driver find a secure spot away from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a shaded area behind the property's security gate. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color and size. Including a direct phone number for the recipient is the most effective way to resolve entry issues at secured coastal estates.
