Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to large facilities like the medical campuses or the county government complex?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the multi-wing medical campuses and the centralized government complex require a specific building name, wing, and room or suite number. These details allow the driver to navigate the correct security checkpoints and visitor entrances common to these high-traffic public areas. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient ensures the driver can coordinate with the specific department or desk for a successful hand-off.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to different types of properties in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to manage the transition between the dense, historic downtown square and the sprawling residential subdivisions. For deliveries near the square, specify if the entrance is street-facing or located within a professional suite, as parking is often limited to timed street spots. In residential areas, please provide gate codes or instructions for homes with long, set-back driveways to prevent access delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a secured office or a private home?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a secured government office or medical facility is unavailable, we leave the arrangement with the designated reception desk or security station. At residential properties, flowers are placed in a shaded area out of direct street view if no one is home. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a stem of the same color and value to ensure the arrangement maintains its intended size and style.
