Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in Crestwood?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to single-family ranch homes and the multi-tenant professional offices located along the city's main commercial corridor. For office deliveries, you must provide the suite number and the business name so the driver can locate the correct entrance. Residential orders require a visible house number to help our drivers navigate the established, tree-lined side streets.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and delivered across the city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by local drivers who navigate the suburban layout directly to the recipient’s door. Since most properties here have direct street access and private driveways, we do not use shipping boxes or mail carriers. Providing specific instructions for homes with fenced front yards or side-entry porches helps the driver complete the delivery without delay.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered area like a covered front porch or entryway. For deliveries to professional buildings on the central thoroughfare, we will leave the flowers with the designated front desk or receptionist. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a bloom of equal value from our local inventory.
