Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of buildings in Concord?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to both the sprawling medical campuses and the residential subdivisions with winding street layouts. For healthcare facilities, provide the specific building name and room number so the driver can find the correct wing. For residential orders, include any gate codes or entry instructions for private or secured developments.

Question 2

How are my flowers transported and dropped off?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door or front desk, never sent in cardboard shipping boxes. The suburban layout allows for direct porch access at private homes via their driveways. For professional office parks, the suite number is required for the driver to find the correct interior office.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, we leave the flowers in a secure location on the porch or with a neighbor. For secured residential buildings or professional suites, a recipient phone number is necessary to coordinate entry through buzzers or security desks. If a specific flower is out of stock, we provide a similar variety that maintains the same look and value.
