Question 1

How do deliveries work for local professional complexes and medical campuses?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the sprawling office parks and multi-wing medical campuses in this area, you must provide the specific suite number and department name at checkout. Most of these buildings have multiple entrances and security desks that require these details for staff access. Providing a direct room or floor number ensures the courier can navigate these large-scale commercial layouts efficiently.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered by hand or in a shipping box?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of high-traffic commercial corridors and deep residential subdivisions. For properties located directly on busy multi-lane thoroughfares, please indicate if there is a side street entrance or a specific driveway for the courier to use. This information prevents delays caused by the limited parking and access common along the town's main retail strips.

Question 3

What happens if the courier cannot access a secured building or a gated community?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is in a secured apartment complex or a gated residential development, please provide the entry code or instructions for the buzzer system. If we cannot gain entry or the recipient is unavailable, we will use the phone number provided to coordinate a safe drop-off location. Including an accurate local phone number is the best way to prevent a failed delivery at these restricted-access properties.
