Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the college campus and the medical center?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the medical complex requires a specific department name and room number for the driver to reach the correct wing. For the local college campus, you must provide the name of the residence hall or administrative building, as many areas are only accessible via footpaths. Including a floor or suite number ensures the driver finds the right office within the town's multi-use historic buildings.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the narrow brick streets and limited street parking in the historic town center. Drivers use short-term loading areas to walk deliveries directly to storefronts and residences in the high-density downtown area. For properties located on the rural outskirts, please note if the house is set back from the road or requires travel down a gravel lane.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there to accept the delivery?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a secured college dormitory or a restricted medical office, the driver leaves the arrangement with the building’s designated reception desk or mailroom. For residential deliveries to homes with long private driveways or gated entries, providing a recipient phone number allows the driver to confirm access. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the original color and shape.
