Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, the university, or secured buildings in Carrollton?

Accepted Answer

For the regional medical campus, you must provide the specific wing name and room number to ensure the courier can navigate the multiple building entrances. University housing deliveries require the name of the dormitory and a recipient phone number to coordinate with campus mailrooms or restricted-access lobbies. Providing these details prevents the driver from being turned away at security desks or central receiving areas.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential and downtown areas?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the narrow street parking near the historic town square and the long, unpaved driveways found in more rural parts of the city. If the property is behind a gate or set back significantly from the main road, include the entry code or specific property access notes at checkout. This ensures the flowers reach the front door rather than being left at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the delivery?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is at a medical facility or university office and cannot be reached, the driver leaves the arrangement with the authorized reception desk or department head. For residential properties with no one home, we place the flowers on a porch or with a nearby neighbor. Providing a recipient phone number allows the driver to resolve access issues with gated driveways or secured campus buildings immediately.
