Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the government buildings and residential properties in this city?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the central cluster of county offices, provide the specific department name and suite number at checkout. For residential properties on the outskirts, include the house number as it appears on the roadside mailbox or gate. This ensures the driver navigates correctly between administrative buildings and spread-out rural lots.

Question 2

Will the flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the long, unpaved driveways and wooded property layouts common in this area. Provide any gate access codes or instructions for finding the primary residence on properties with multiple outbuildings. This allows the driver to reach the front door instead of leaving the order at the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not there to receive the delivery?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will look for a side door or porch screened from the street. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar local variety of equal value. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver locate the correct entrance on roads where house numbers are obscured by dense tree lines.
