Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and the small business district in Cantril?

Accepted Answer

For residential deliveries, we bring the arrangement directly to the front door or side porch of the house. For the small cluster of businesses and workshops in the center of town, please include the business name and specify if we should use a side or rear entrance. Providing a recipient phone number is helpful for properties where the home is set back from the main road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the town’s residential grid?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered by a driver familiar with the open layout and residential streets of this town. Because many homes here have large yards and exposed porches, please note if there is a preferred delivery spot that provides shelter from the wind. This ensures the arrangement remains stable and upright if left at a private residence.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the flowers in a sheltered area and place a notification card on the door. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom of similar color and value to maintain the look of the arrangement. Including the color of the house or a visible mailbox number helps the driver identify the correct property on streets where house numbers are difficult to see from the road.
