Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or historic buildings in Bonaparte?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to residential homes, historic downtown storefronts, and local senior living facilities. For rural properties outside the village center, please provide specific gate codes or driveway descriptions to help our drivers locate the correct house. Including a suite or room number is necessary for deliveries to multi-unit residential buildings to ensure the flowers reach the correct door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area and how does the town layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by a driver rather than shipped in a box. Because many properties in this area have long gravel driveways or are situated near the riverfront, we need to know if a standard vehicle can access the front door. Please specify if the delivery should be left at a side entrance or a covered porch if the main street access is restricted.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to find a secure, shaded spot on the porch or leave the arrangement with a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value to maintain the look of the arrangement. Providing a recipient phone number is the best way to prevent delays caused by locked farm gates or loose livestock on the property.
