Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical centers and funeral homes in Bonne Terre?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the reception desks of the town's single-story medical clinics and the main foyers of local funeral parlors. You must provide the specific room number or the name of the deceased at checkout to ensure the arrangement reaches the correct wing. These details are necessary because many of these buildings have multiple private entrances and separate administrative offices.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand given the local terrain?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered in a vase to accommodate both the compact historic residential streets and the sprawling properties on the outskirts of town. For deliveries to homes with long, unpaved driveways or properties set far back from the road, please include specific instructions about gate access or porch location. This ensures the driver can safely reach the front door without navigating restricted or private farm lanes.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we leave the arrangement in a shaded area on the porch or with a neighbor if the house is on a rural lot with limited foot traffic. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that matches the original color scheme. Providing the recipient's phone number helps us verify the location if the house number is not clearly visible from the main road.
