Question 1

How do deliveries work for the large medical and state-operated facilities in Farmington?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building name, wing, and department for deliveries to the medical corridor or state-run campuses. These facilities use centralized security desks and restricted access points that require specific routing. Including these internal details ensures the front desk staff can direct the flowers to the correct person.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the different layouts of the city?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the variety of downtown storefronts and residential streets with long driveways. For properties located on private lanes or those with set-back entries, include any specific gate codes at checkout. This allows for delivery to the front door when street-side parking or open access is not available.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residential or institutional address?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the high-security state buildings or medical centers, we leave the arrangement with the authorized security officer or reception desk. At private residences with open porches, we place the flowers in a spot protected from the wind and street view. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color scheme.
