Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to Bisbee’s steep hillside homes and canyon residences?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to multi-level properties and historic homes that are often accessed by pedestrian stairways rather than driveways. You must provide the specific stair number or terrace level at checkout so the driver can locate the correct entrance. These details ensure your arrangement reaches the door in a city where many homes lack direct street-side parking.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the narrow streets and stairs of this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-carried from the delivery vehicle to the recipient's door to navigate the city's unique canyon paths and steep staircases. Because many streets are narrow with limited access, drivers park at the nearest landing and walk the arrangement to the property. Providing clear instructions on whether the building is at street level or requires a climb prevents delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a shaded spot on the landing or leave the gift with a neighbor on the same stair level. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of the same size and shape to maintain the design. Including the recipient’s phone number is essential for navigating locked gates or restricted hillside paths.
