Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to Benson’s medical facilities and residential communities?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the front desks of local clinics and the main offices of gated retirement communities. You must provide the specific lot number or space number for recipients living in the city's many RV resorts and manufactured home parks. This ensures the delivery person can navigate the internal park roads to the correct residence.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to homes and small offices throughout this low-density desert layout. Because many properties here have long driveways or gated perimeters, we require any necessary entry codes at checkout. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement is placed at the door rather than left at a distant roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a Benson home or park?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we attempt to leave the arrangement with a park manager or in a shaded area away from the street. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety to maintain the order's look and value. Providing a recipient’s phone number is helpful in areas where house numbers are difficult to see from the main roadway.
