Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals and office buildings in this city?

Accepted Answer

This city contains large regional medical campuses and multi-story office towers that require precise location details. Provide the specific wing and room number for medical buildings or the suite and floor for downtown offices at checkout. These details allow the driver to bypass large visitor parking lots and deliver directly to the correct internal desk.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to navigate the city’s variety of high-density apartments and sprawling ranch-style properties. For residential deliveries with long private drives or electronic security gates, please include the entry code in your delivery instructions. This ensures the flowers are placed at the front door rather than at a perimeter fence or roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there when the driver arrives?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we look for a secure porch or coordinate with the front desk of the workplace or industrial complex. Providing the recipient's mobile number is necessary for deliveries to properties with restricted access or locations on the outskirts of the city. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar bloom that matches the intended height and style of the arrangement.
