Flower Delivery in Barkhamsted, CT

Water defines Barkhamsted. The Saville Dam holds back the Barkhamsted Reservoir behind a stone tower that draws photographers all autumn, the West Branch of the Farmington River pulls fly fishermen into Peoples State Forest and American Legion State Forest, and the village of Pleasant Valley sits where Route 318 crosses the river in this northern Litchfield County town. New Hartford, Winsted, Hartland and Torrington form the borders, and Route 44 and Route 181 carry most of the traffic passing through. Orders reaching the bench before 2:00 PM still make same-day flower delivery, even on the longer runs up Route 181. Afternoon routes cover Pleasant Valley, the houses along East River Road and the reservoir road, and the hill neighborhoods toward Hartland, with hospital deliveries going to Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington and to the nursing and rehabilitation centers in Winsted and Torrington. People sending flowers here usually have a particular table in mind. Teleflora's Prettiest Purple Bouquet at $69.99 brings purple blooms to a birthday supper at a Pleasant Valley house, Teleflora's Sunny Day Pitcher of Sunflowers at $84.99 sets sunflowers in a ceramic pitcher for a housewarming or a thank-you after a weekend on the river, and Always a Lady at $99.99 is the elegant mixed arrangement for a milestone anniversary or a retirement dinner in Torrington. Sympathy and funeral flowers can be routed to services in Winsted, New Hartford and Torrington on short notice. Every arrangement is hand-arranged by a local florist partner and holds a 7-day freshness guarantee, and the verified delivery list on this Barkhamsted florist page reaches the northern Litchfield County towns.
