Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to apartments, offices, and senior living centers in Ballston Spa?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the village’s converted historic buildings and multi-unit offices, please provide the specific floor or suite number at checkout. Many of these properties have a single street-level entrance that serves several different residents or businesses. If the building has a secured buzzer system, including that information allows the driver to reach the correct interior door.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the local mix of tight village streets and sprawling suburban properties. For homes situated on long private driveways or gravel roads outside the village center, ensure the path is clear for a standard delivery vehicle. In the dense downtown area, flowers are carried directly into shops or onto porches to avoid leaving them on narrow public sidewalks.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will seek a sheltered spot on a porch or with a neighbor to keep the arrangement away from street-level foot traffic. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar variety that matches the original scale and color. Providing a recipient’s phone number is essential for properties with long setbacks or locked entry gates to prevent a failed delivery attempt.
