Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different building types in Ballston?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to residential properties with long driveways or private lanes, include specific entry instructions at checkout. When sending to medical offices or senior living facilities, provide the room or suite number to ensure the driver can navigate the internal layout. Accurate gate codes for restricted-access properties prevent delays in reaching the front door.

Question 2

How are flowers physically delivered throughout the city?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to ensure the arrangement stays upright and intact during the transition from the vehicle to the recipient. In the more compact village streets, drivers use porch access or front-desk check-ins for office buildings. For rural residential lots, providing a side-door or porch preference helps the driver place the flowers in a secure spot.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable at a house with an open porch, the driver will leave the arrangement in a secure spot and notify the recipient. For deliveries to secured residential buildings without a concierge, a secondary contact number is required to arrange access. If a specific flower is out of stock, a substitution is made using a similar variety to maintain the shape and color of the arrangement.
