Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical buildings and funeral homes in York?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to York’s medical clinics or funeral homes, provide the suite number or the name of the service at checkout. Most residences here are single-family homes with front-facing porches, so an accurate house number is necessary to locate the right property. This information helps us navigate the residential streets that branch off the main highway corridor.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Your order is hand-delivered to the door of any home or business within the York town limits. Our drivers navigate the grid of residential streets to provide direct delivery to front doors or reception desks. If the property has a gated fence or a specific side entrance, please note those details during checkout to avoid delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there when the driver arrives?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we will place the flowers in a shaded area on the porch or leave them with a neighbor. If a specific stem is out of stock, we provide a substitution of equal value that maintains the same look and color. Providing a recipient’s phone number is the best way to prevent a failed delivery if the house is set back from the road.
