Question 1

How do you ensure delivery reaches the right person in Woodstock?

Accepted Answer

For homes set back from the road, provide specific descriptions of the driveway entrance or mailbox markings at the street. In the village center, include the business name or the specific unit located behind main street storefronts. These details prevent drivers from missing hidden entries or private wooded properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the local area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered directly to the door, including properties reached by long, unpaved, or winding private roads. This method is used instead of boxed shipping to navigate the rural layout and ensure the arrangement stays upright. Providing a gate code or a description of the house color helps avoid delays when the building is not visible from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will look for a protected spot like a screened porch or covered entry to shield the flowers from local wildlife. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar variety of equal value to maintain the arrangement's style. Including the recipient's phone number is essential for navigating restricted access roads or locating unnumbered rural residences.
