Question 1

How does delivery work for the office parks and gated residential areas in Woodbury?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to low-rise corporate campuses, you must provide the suite number and the building letter at checkout. Many residential properties in this area have gated entrances or security kiosks that require an entry code for clearance. These details allow the driver to access the property and reach the private front door or the correct reception desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the mix of corporate and residential layouts?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to navigate the deep setbacks and large parking lots found at professional complexes in this area. This method allows the driver to pass through security checkpoints and deliver directly to a person instead of leaving items at a roadside gate. Clear instructions for a concierge or a specific suite entrance help the driver avoid delays in large office layouts.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at an office, the driver leaves the arrangement with the building's security desk or main receptionist. If a specific bloom is not in stock, we replace it with a flower of the same value and color. Including a phone number for the recipient allows the driver to resolve gate access issues or locate the correct office entrance.
