Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to large offices or medical facilities in Winston-Salem?

Accepted Answer

This city features sprawling medical campuses and tall downtown office towers that require building and floor numbers at checkout. Providing the exact suite or department name ensures the courier can navigate through security desks and multiple wings. Without these details, deliveries to high-density professional spaces may be held at a central mailroom or front desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and apartments across the city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the city’s mix of steep, hilly residential streets and narrow downtown blocks. For deliveries to gated communities or secured apartment buildings, please include the gate code or call box instructions. This helps the driver reach the specific unit door instead of leaving the arrangement at a perimeter security gate.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, the driver looks for a safe spot on the porch or leaves the arrangement with a neighbor. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar bloom that matches the value and color of your choice. Including a recipient phone number is the best way to prevent failed deliveries at secured downtown residences or large medical complexes.
