Question 1

How does delivery work for the gated communities and private estates in Windermere?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to residential estates require gate access codes or prior notification for the security guard on duty. Provide the specific entry code or the recipient's phone number at checkout so the driver can pass through community checkpoints. These details allow the driver to reach the front door of private residences instead of being stopped at a perimeter gate.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties with long driveways or narrow streets?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to navigate the winding residential roads and long private driveways found throughout the area. This method ensures the flowers are brought directly to the front door rather than being left at a community mail center or entry kiosk. Including specific directions for properties with multiple entrances helps prevent delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or the property is inaccessible?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable and the property is gated, the driver calls for instructions to ensure the flowers are not left at a security booth. When a specific flower is unavailable, the florist replaces it with a stem of equal value and similar appearance. Providing a secondary phone number for the recipient helps the driver resolve entry issues at secured residential perimeters.
