Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, and professional offices in Winchester?

Accepted Answer

Winchester features a sprawling regional medical campus and a historic downtown with narrow streets and limited parking. You must provide the specific building name or wing for medical campus deliveries so the driver can locate the correct reception desk. For downtown offices, include any side-door access instructions or keypad codes needed to enter secured professional buildings.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box, and how does the city layout affect this?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the steep, winding driveways and historic residential porches found throughout the city. This method ensures arrangements are placed safely at the door, even for homes situated on hills or along narrow lanes in the historic district. Providing a gate code for restricted-access residential communities prevents the driver from being blocked at the entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is at a secured medical building or a professional park, the driver will leave the arrangement with the front desk or security station. For residential properties with open porches, flowers are placed in a shaded spot, and the recipient is notified via the phone number you provide. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we replace it with a similar flower of equal value to ensure the arrangement remains full.
