Question 1

How do you ensure my flowers reach the right person at local offices or complexes?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the front desk of professional offices and the main administrative office for multi-unit residential complexes. You must provide the specific building letter and room number for properties set back on large, shared lots. This ensures the bouquet reaches the recipient inside the building rather than being left at a central gate or entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the town's rural and residential layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the town's winding roads and long, private driveways. We do not ship flowers in boxes because rural mailboxes are often located a significant distance from the actual residence. Providing a description of visible mailbox markings or house colors helps us identify homes with entrances set back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

We leave the arrangement at a sheltered entry point, such as a covered porch, if the driveway is accessible. If a specific stem is unavailable, we use a similar flower of equal value to avoid delaying delivery to this spread-out area. Including the recipient’s phone number allows us to coordinate delivery if a long driveway is gated or otherwise inaccessible.
