Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to large facilities in West Jordan?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the regional medical campus or multi-story office parks, you must provide the specific department name and room or suite number. These large complexes have multiple entrances for staff and visitors, so these details ensure the driver uses the correct lobby. Identifying whether the recipient is in a patient wing or an administrative office prevents the order from being held at a general loading dock.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered given the layout of West Jordan?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the wide residential setbacks and long driveways found in West Jordan’s suburban blocks. For deliveries to gated residential clusters or secured apartment buildings, please include the gate code or entry instructions. This allows the driver to navigate past perimeter security and bring the arrangement directly to the front door.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, the driver will use the deep covered porches common in this city to place the flowers out of direct view from the street. For office or medical building deliveries where the recipient is away, the arrangement is left at the central reception desk. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate large professional complexes if a suite is locked or a gate code is missing.
