Question 1

How are deliveries handled at government buildings and the community college in Wentworth?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the centralized government complex and college campus by visiting specific department desks or building reception areas. At checkout, provide the specific building name and office suite number to ensure the courier reaches the correct department. These details are necessary because many local workplaces are spread across sprawling campuses rather than single towers.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a residence in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered directly to the recipient's door to accommodate the spread-out residential layout of the town. For homes with long driveways or gated entrances, include the access code or specific instructions for reaching the front porch. This helps our couriers navigate properties that are set back significantly from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we place the arrangement in a secure, shaded area on the porch to keep it hidden from the street. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value. Providing the recipient's phone number allows us to contact them directly if we cannot find a clear path to the door on rural lots.
