Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to gated communities, offices, or medical buildings in Wellington?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the many gated residential areas and equestrian estates throughout the city. At checkout, enter the gate code or confirm the recipient is on the security guest list for the guard station. This information allows the driver to pass through restricted entry points to reach the front door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to properties in this city?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to navigate the spread-out residential layout and long private driveways. Include specific notes if the property has a gate intercom or if the house is set back far from the street. These details help the driver find the correct entrance on large suburban lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the driver cannot access a property, they will try to leave the flowers with a gate attendant or contact the recipient for instructions. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a different flower of equal value that looks similar. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps us resolve access issues at security checkpoints.
