Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to Waveland medical offices or funeral homes?

Accepted Answer

For Waveland’s small medical clinics and funeral homes, provide the suite number or the name of the deceased at checkout. Since many local homes are built on raised piers, please specify if the delivery should be left at the ground-level entry or at the top of the stairs. These details ensure the driver reaches the correct door in our coastal residential layout.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate Waveland’s mix of beach-side grid streets and wooded inland lots. Drivers navigate properties with elevated porches and long driveways, so including a gate code or house description is helpful. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement is placed directly at the door rather than left at a distant roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will seek a shaded spot on the porch or leave the item with a neighbor if the home is on high stilts. When a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that maintains the same height and color profile. Providing the recipient's phone number is the best way to prevent failed deliveries for houses set far back from the street.
