Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to the large medical centers and secured senior living complexes in Waterloo?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the sprawling medical campuses and secured retirement facilities require a specific department name, wing, or room number at checkout. Because these buildings often have multiple restricted entrances, providing the exact floor or station helps the courier navigate directly to the correct internal reception desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential and business addresses across the city?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of narrow downtown streets with limited parking and wide suburban residential blocks. For deliveries to older multi-unit buildings or newer gated developments, please include the entry code or buzzer number at checkout. This ensures the courier can reach the recipient’s door rather than leaving the gift at an exterior perimeter gate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home at a private residence, the courier will leave the arrangement with a neighbor or in a sheltered spot away from street view. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that maintains the same size and color profile. Providing the recipient’s phone number is necessary to resolve access issues at locked apartment foyers or secured office suites.
