Question 1

How does delivery work for different types of addresses in Walworth?

Accepted Answer

Provide the exact street number and any entry codes for properties with long, private drives. Because many homes sit far back from the main road, these details help the driver find the correct entrance among the town’s spread-out residential lots. For community buildings or local offices, include the specific desk or suite number at checkout.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the town’s layout?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the town's mix of paved main roads and private gravel drives. This method ensures the flowers arrive intact despite the winding residential routes and large property setbacks. Specifying a preferred drop-off point, like a side door or porch, helps when delivering to homes with multiple entrances.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver looks for a weather-protected spot since houses here are often spaced far apart without close-neighbor access. We substitute flowers with similar varieties of equal value if a specific bloom is not in stock. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver navigate properties where house numbers are difficult to see from the street.
