Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of buildings in Waddington?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to village residences, municipal offices, and local funeral homes. For properties along the river or those with long driveways, you must provide the exact house number visible from the road. These details help us distinguish between closely grouped village homes and the more spread-out rural lots.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered directly to the door to accommodate the village's layout of open-access residential properties. Since most homes here lack secure lobbies or mailrooms, please specify if the flowers should be left on a side porch or with a neighbor. This ensures the gift is placed safely if the recipient cannot come to the door.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers I chose?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a protected spot on the porch or contact a neighbor to hold the delivery. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that maintains the original size and style. Providing the recipient's phone number is essential for finding the correct entrance on properties with deep setbacks or shared gravel drives.
