Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, offices, and secured buildings in Vlossvale?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the multi-wing medical campuses and gated office complexes in Vlossvale require a specific room number, suite, or department name. Drivers must often check in at central security desks or main reception areas before they are granted access to private floors. Providing these precise details at checkout ensures the driver can navigate the building’s internal security protocol without leaving the order at an unattended front desk.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by a local driver?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a driver to accommodate the city’s mix of clustered village storefronts and long, private residential driveways. This method avoids the damage associated with boxed shipping and allows the driver to navigate properties where street parking is restricted or entrances are set back from the road. Please provide any gate codes or specific porch instructions to ensure the driver can access the property on the first attempt.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will look for a sheltered area on the property, which is necessary because many local village homes have open stoops rather than enclosed porches. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute a bloom of equal value that matches the original color and size. Including the recipient's phone number at checkout helps resolve access issues at properties with keypad entries or locked gates.
