Question 1

Can you deliver to the medical campus and the professional office clusters?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the reception desks of the central medical campus and the multi-building office parks near the city center. For these locations, you must provide the specific suite number and the name of the department or building wing. This information ensures the driver can navigate the internal security protocols and different entrance points common in these large professional zones.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas and gated communities?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the front door by a driver familiar with the city's mix of open residential streets and secured estates. If the destination is within a gated development, include the access code or the name of the resident listed at the gate. Providing these entry details prevents delays and ensures the arrangement is not left at a shared perimeter entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver looks for a secure, shaded area near the door that is hidden from the street. For deliveries to secured apartment buildings or locked office suites, a phone number for the recipient is necessary to coordinate access. If a specific stem is out of stock, a designer replaces it with a flower of equal value that matches the original style.
