Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical facilities and coastal homes?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main reception or security desk for multi-wing medical facilities and multi-story office buildings. For coastal properties with dual street-side and alley-side entrances, please specify the preferred access point at checkout. Providing a specific wing or suite number ensures the driver reaches the correct entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city's different terrains?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s steep hillside driveways and limited street parking in the downtown area. For apartment complexes with secured courtyard entries, include the gate code to prevent delivery delays. This hand-delivery method ensures flowers remain stable while navigating winding roads and varied property layouts.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the delivery or flower availability?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, we place the arrangement in a sheltered area protected from coastal wind and salt spray. For gated hilltop residences, we use the provided recipient phone number to coordinate entry with the resident. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original height and color palette.
